Explanation
This amendment is necessary to adjust the professional services fees for the year 2009. The consultant has requested a 1.5% increase (rounded to the nearest dollar) for completing a variety of tasks within the scope of work.
Fiscal Note
The funding remaining in the purchase order is judged adequate at this time to accommodate the increase.

Recommended Motion: The City Commission authorize the City Manager to execute the Sixteenth Amendment to the contract for Professional Consulting Services for the East Gainesville Sprout Project, subject to approval by the City Attorney as to form and legality.
