On December 20, 2012, the City Commission approved a mediated settlement agreement reached between representatives of Gainesville Citizens Care, Inc., the City and Gainesville Renewable Energy Center, LLC. In accordance with the terms of the settlement agreement, the City Commission agreed to schedule and hold this televised public workshop.
