On June 4, 2012, the City was served with a Summons and Complaint.  The Plaintiff alleges that he is a victim of false arrest, excessive force, and malicious conduct which occurred in 2008.   He claims to have suffered severe and permanent injuries, including permanent injuries to his body, psychological damages, pain and suffering, medical expenses, lost wages and loss of ability to earn.  Plaintiff is seeking compensatory damages, and attorney's fees and costs.
