Explanation

At their June 15, 2017 regular meeting, the Commission stated that they had previously agreed to have a joint meeting with the UAB after GREC responded to the first draft of the contract to discuss where negotiations stand.

Recommendation

The City Commission and the UAB discuss the status of negotiations with GREC on the Asset Purchase Agreement and take any action deemed appropriate.
