Explanation
In accordance with our Annual Audit Plan, the City Auditor’s Office has completed the Combined Communications Center Interlocal Agreement Engagement - Agreed Upon Procedures. We conducted this in accordance with Generally Accepted Government Auditing Standards (GAGAS). Our report and the Alachua County Sheriff’s Office response are attached for your review. Along with the engagement report is a copy of:

b) Combined Communications Center Financial Process narrative
c) Combined Communications Center Billing Process flowchart
d) Alachua County Sheriff’s Office’s Response
e) Alachua County Clerk of the Circuit Court

Recommendation:
The City Auditor recommends that the City Commission accept the City Auditor's report.
