Explanation

The property is located at 315 NW 4^th Place in the Pleasant Street Historic District, and it contributes in scale and character to the Fifth Avenue Neighborhood which has been evolving since the mid-nineteenth century according to the Florida Master Site file AL01387.  The structure is a single-family dwelling that was constructed in 1932 according to the Alachua County property appraiser’s office. 

Recommendation

Staff recommends that the Historic Preservation Board review the information about the declaration of a dangerous building.
