Explanation

This petition is to request the removal of an exterior brick chimney on a contributing structure located at 432 SE 7^th Street. Applicant states that the chimney is starting to separate from house and there is mortar failure.

Recommendation

Staff recommends that application 21-00086 for the removal of the existing exterior brick chimney be denied and that the owner explore cost estimates for repair and/or replacement in kind.
