 Petition HP 21-00097.  Certificate of Appropriateness to construct a new ADU to the rear of a historic property at 425 NE 3^rd Street.

Explanation

This petition is for the construction of a new ADU behind the historic property which is a contributing structure within the Northeast Historic District.

Recommendation

Staff recommends that application 21-00097 be approved with the following condition:

Condition 1:  The building shall be moved closer to the existing structure to allow for a rear setback of 5’.
