Proposed amendments to the Land Development Code, Chapter 30

Explanation

City Staff has developed several proposed improvements to the tree regulations in the Land Development Code for the purposes of improving the quantity and quality of replanted trees, reducing unnecessary mitigation requirements currently in the code, and inconsistent enforcement requirements.

Recommendation

The Tree Advisory Board review the proposed amendments, discuss any necessary changes, and move to present the changes to the City Plan Board.
