Title
Amend various sections of the Land Development Code to allow Food Truck Parks as an allowable use within zoning districts that currently allow temporary food trucks as a permitted use. (B)
Petition PB-19-94 TCH. Trimark Properties, LLC./John Fleming. The applicant is proposing a limit to the number of food trucks allowed within a Food Truck Park; that the site be fully connected to the electric, water and waste water City-wide systems; that solid waste facilities be provided; and that parking, bicycle and pedestrian facilities be provided. All sites shall be required to submit an annual management plan that is accountable to the protection of the health, welfare and safety of the general public. The applicant is also proposing the ability to operate an accessory activity or entertainment area that can be used for concerts, performances and/or live entertainment areas.
