Refurbish Roberta Lisle Kline Conference Room (B)

 

Explanation

It was determined that the Roberta Lisle Kline Conference Room was in need of refurbishing and upgrades to the AV equipment. The intent of the AV upgrade project is to meet the Commission's desire to host meetings in the conference room that cannot only be recorded, but can also be broadcast and streamed. Work on the conference room began mid June 2019 and is nearing completion.

 

Fiscal Note

A quote for the AV equipment was received on October 28, 2019 in the amount of $29,983.67. It is requested that monies from the FY20 General Fund Balance be used to cover these costs.

 

Recommendation:

The City Commission approve the use of FY20 General Fund Balance to pay for the refurbishing of the Roberta Lisle Kline Conference Room in the total amount of $29,983.67.
