This item is to amend Human Resources Policy C-3: Changes in Employee Status Affecting Compensation, to delete an expired provision.   

 

Explanation

The City Commission on May 16, 2019 authorized a temporary change to Policy C-3: Changes in Employee Status Affecting Compensation, to permit hiring outside established pay ranges. That temporary provision expired December 31, 2019.

There is no fiscal impact associated with the proposed change.

Approve revision to Human Resources Policy C-3: Changes in Employee Status Affecting Compensation.
