Recommendation:

The Consolidated Board of Trustees hold a discussion with the Board Attorney (Bob Klausner) regarding the upcoming administrative hearing between the City of Gainesville and the City of Gainesville Police Officers' and Firefighters' Consolidated Retirement Plan as Petitioner and the Department of Management Services, Division of Retirement as the Respondent (OGC Case No. 19-40270) and take any action deemed appropriate.
