Explanation

Per PRPB bylaws, a nominating committe will meet prior to the April meeting to nominate a person or persons for each office position of the PRPB. These nominations will be presented at the April meeting and the PRPB will vote for on the nominees for each position. The officer positions are the Chair, Vice-chair, and Secretary.

Recommendation:

Discuss and select nominations for each officer position to be presented at the April Meeting.
