Joint City Commission/Historic Preservation Board Special Meeting (NB)

Explanation:

At a City Commission meeting held on October 28, 2021, the Commission requested to hold another joint meeting in 6 months. The recommendation were to: ) Weave historic preservation into the Commission’s equitable development discussion; 2) Board suggest short-term solutions (next two months); 3) Develop an internship position; 4) Bring back information about how the board can access the master site file; 5) Review and update Section 30-3.5 (board member requirements); and 6) HPB Chair to send a report on identifying how historic preservation fits in to the priorities of the Strategic Plan.

Recommendation:

The City Commission approve the Joint City Commission/Historic Preservation Board Special Meeting to be held on May 17, 2021 at 3:00.
