Outside Agencies Funding Recommendations
Explanation
The CACCD to review and discuss Fiscal Year 2020-2021 outside agencies funding requests. The CACCD, having heard agency presentations (via advertised Zoom workshops on May 4, 2021 and May 11, 2021), will provide funding thresholds and recommendations to the Gainesville City Commission and request consideration, discussion and approval. Funded agencies will provide Public Services activities and programs to assist very-low, low- and moderate-income city residents, utilizing a percentage of allocated Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and Home Investment Partnerships Program (HOME) funding provided by the U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development (HUD).

Recommendation:
The CACCD will finalize FY 2020-2021 Public Services funding recommendations and request consideration, discussion and approval from the Gainesville City Commission. NOTE: This recommendation request will take place at a future commission meeting; date to be determined.
