Fifth Avenue / Pleasant Street Heritage Trail Update (NB)
Explanation
After two attempts to solicit for the Continuation of the Design & Implementation of the Fifth Avenue / Pleasant Street Historic Heritage Trail, GCRA staff, leadership, and procurement have developed a new strategy for moving the project forward. On February 16, 2022 GCRA staff, working with the City’s Procurement Office advertised an Invitation to Negotiate (ITN) for Historic Consulting Services for the Fifth Avenue / Pleasant Street Historic Heritage Trail. The deadline for submission of proposals is Monday, March 14, 2022. Final recommendation to the City Commission will be made on Thursday, April 21, 2022. Until final approval by the City Commission, the project will remain under the Cone of Silence. Fiscal Note
Currently, $150,000 is budgeted for FY 2022, of which no funds have been spent, and $500,000 is budgeted for FY 2023.
