Explanation
As of December 2, 2021, Purchase and Sales Agreements (PSA’s) have been fully executed for all 11 Dreams2Reality lots. Of those 11, five have also executed construction contracts and have entered the site planning and permitting phase. The remaining six Dreams2Reality construction contracts are expected to be executed by the end of December, 2021.
Due to rising construction costs and timing, most of the original Showcase buyers have decided not to move forward. In November of 2021, the Heartwood team revisited the listing prices and created new prices that reflect current conditions within the construction industry. The team will relaunch the marketing for the Showcase homes in December, 2021.
