Heartwood Update (NB)
Explanation
The 11 Dreams2Reality homes at Heartwood are in the permitting phase and construction on the first homes is expected to begin in late March. Construction will be completed on the homes as soon as December, 2022.
The Showcase homes are currently on the market and as of March 1, 2022 one is pending contract. Team Dynamo, the realtor representing the city, is regularly holding open houses and has office hours at the model home throughout the week.
The Heartwood model home will be featured in the Builders Association of North Central Florida’s Spring Parade of Homes, to be held on the weekends of May 14-15 and May 21- 22, 2022.
