Election of Officers (NB)

Explanation

At the first meeting of each calendar year, AHAC nominates and elects officers from its membership. There are three officers: 1) the Chair, who administers the meetings; 2) the Vice-Chair, who serves as the Chair when the Chair is absent; and 3) the Secretary; who coordinates with the Staff Liaison to record votes and produce meeting minutes.

Recommendation

The Affordable Housing Advisory Committee members: 1) nominate at least one member for Chair, Vice-Chair, and Secretary; and 2) elect a Chair, Vice-Chair, and Secretary.
