Commissioner Harvey Ward - Re Imagining the South Main Industrial Zone (B)

 

Recommendation:

The City Commission direct the City Manager's Office and Sustainable Development with creating a process for neighbors and staff to work together and decide what the community at large wants the land south of Depot Avenue to S 16th Avenue and between SE 4th Street and SW 6th Street to become over the next generation and return to the Commission.
