Title: Downtown Chronic Homelessness Street Outreach Initiative Update (B) At the March 15, 2022, Mr. Jon DeCarmine, Executive Director of Grace Market Place, reported to the GCRA Advisory Board on the effort and progress of the Downtown Chronic Homelessness Street Outreach Initiative (Legistar #210980).  Following Mr. DeCarmine’s presentation, he was asked to provide a breakdown of the sources and uses of funds received from the City of Gainesville GCRA, and ARPA (ESG-CV2), as well as the funding needs for FY 22-23.
