Heartwood Update (NB)
Explanation
As of April 5, 2022, 11 homes are under contract at Heartwood and in the permitting phase. Construction is expected to begin on the first homes by the end of April, 2022. A Heartwood groundbreaking/sales event will be scheduled once permits have been received for the first homes.
21 lots are still available and open houses are held regularly at the Heartwood model home. The model home will be included in the Builders Association of North Central Florida’s Spring Parade of Homes on the weekends of May 14 and May 21, 2022.
