Explanation

This request is for a Special Use Permit to allow for an expansion of an existing industrial facility. The request is for the westward extension of the facility on property currently owned by Sivance and an eastward expansion onto property currently owned by the City of Gainesville but that will be conveyed to Sivance, LLC contingent upon approvals.
