Title:
Roadway Operation & Maintenance Agreement with University of Florida
Explanation:
This item is to request approval of an Operation and Maintenance Agreement and a License Agreement with University of Florida (UF) for Hull Road and the future SW 36th Terrace corridor.

SW 36th Ter is proposed to be constructed as a condition of a development order for a nearby development application; the corridor will have bike/ped accommodations and will meet all the requirements of the Land Development Code. The time frame for construction will be determined by the developer and will be complete prior to final sign off of the development; the anticipated time frame for completion is December 2023. The proposed License Agreement will permit the developer, on behalf of the City, to construct the corridor.
Strategic Connection:

Fiscal Impact:
Operation and maintenance of the corridors will be absorbed into the Public Works operating budget. The construction of SW 36th Ter will be funded by the developer or as proportionate share of Transportation Mobility Program Area funds.
