Explanation

The City Commission requested that staff bring back a Discretionary Spending policy to allow a portion their current $5,000 annual travel and training budget to have an expanded use. The policy was coordinated through the City Clerk’s Office, City Manager’s Office and the City Auditor’s office and include recommendations for implementation and annual review.
