Explanation

Section 2-408 of the Code of Ordinances states that the GCRA Advisory Board may adopt rules of procedure subject to approval by the City Commission, to govern the conduct of its meetings. At the first meeting of the GCRA Advisory Board on October 8, 2019, the Board unanimously approved to adopt the bylaws as amended.
