The City Commission approve the Audit and Finance Committee's recommendation to:  1) Appoint Brent Godshalk as Interim City Auditor; 2) increase his salary by 10%, effective July 5, 2004; and 3) determine by October 1, 2004, whether or not to implement a search for the City Auditor position.
