Title
Design Approval of the Administration Building Addition at the Public Works Center (B)

This is a request for the City Commission to approve the 30% design of the Administration Building Addition at the Public Works Center located at 405 NW 39th Ave, Gainesville, FL 32609.

Two neighborhood workshops have been held where public input was received, as well as the input received at a City Commission presentation on May 21st, 2009. After City Commission approval, the design team will continue to the next phase of drawings at 60% for review by the City Commission. The City Commission as part of the administrative procedure has the ability to waive the next level of review if satisfied with the design.
