Recommendation
                     1.                     Respondent, Leurie Cromer, is found GUILTY and shall have 10-days from the date of the issuance of this Order to correct said violations and to come into compliance with the Gainesville Code of Ordinance.

2.                     The Petitioner is entitled to recover from the Respondent cost of abatement and incurred administrative costs in the prosecution of this case in the amount $204.96 plus $25.00 per day the case remains out of compliance.
