The City Commission adopt the proposed ordinance.

explanation

The City Commission at its May 7, 2009 meeting, authorized the City Attorney to draft and the Clerk of the Commission to advertise an ordinance placing the entire Evergreen Cemetery fee structure in Appendix A of the Code of Ordinances.  There is no change in the fees.

This ordinance requires two readings.  Should the Commission pass this ordinance on first reading, second and final reading will be held on July 16, 2009.
