At the City Commission meeting held on May 11, 2020, there was discussion on Item No. 191120 (Proposed Charter Amendment to Further Limit the Authority of the City Commission to dispose of Certain Utility Systems).  The City Commission approved the item unanimously.  The Clerk's office has discovered that a motion was never made and is requesting such.

Recommendation:
