Explanation

At the November 2, 2000, Public Works Committee meeting, staff (Meg Niederhofer) presented a report entitled "Urban Forestry Maintenance:  Parks Division Tree Crew".  Citizens Sarah Poll and Mark Goldstein voiced concerns related to the height of the tree canopy.  The Public Works Committee recommends the City Commission receive this report.

Recommendation

The City Commission:  1) receive a report from staff regarding the Parks Division's Tree Crew Urban Forestry Maintenance; and 2) remove this referral from the Active Referral List.
