At its meeting of August 26, 2002, the City Commission approved amending the Airport Protective Covenants and Restrictions for the Airport Industrial Park: Unit I and Unit II that was approved and recorded in Alachua County Public Records, Book 2107, Page 2049, on April 16, 1997, to allow subdivision of lots and sale less than three acres; and authorized the City Attorney's Office to prepare an Amendment to the Declaration of Protective Covenants and Restrictions for the Airport Industrial Park.
