Title Union Street Station - Consent to Assignment of Development Agreement - Legislative Item Number 980929 Explanation First Union Bank will be providing financing to the developer for the Union Street Station project. As a condition of the financing the bank has requested that the developer assign its rights under the development agreement with the CRA and the City of Gainesville to the bank. On December 21, 1998, the CRA approved a motion consenting to the assignment as requested.
