explanation

The City Commission referred the issue of including provisions for alcohol violations in the current Nuisance Abatement Ordinance to the Public Safety Committee on December 8, 2003 for review and recommendation.  

The City Commission at its meeting on April 12, 2004, supports an amendment to section 893.138 F.S., which would expand the list of places or premises which may be declared a public nuisance.
