Explanation

At the October 9th City Commission Meeting, Mayor Paula DeLaney submitted an addition to the City of Gainesville Legislative Package concerning vendors licensed to sell beer and malt beverages near primary and secondary schools.  

Recommendation

The City Commission add this item to the Legislative Package for submission to the Legislative Delegation and authorize the Mayor to write a letter to the Alachua County School Board and the Alachua County Commission asking them to include this item in their Legislative Package.
