Explanation

In order to maximize the effectiveness and efficiency of the General Policy Committee, the Committee will plan its work by quarter. At this meeting, the Committee will decide which items will be heard during the first quarter of FY21 and will schedule them accordingly. General Policy meetings are scheduled for October 22^nd, November 12^th, and December 10^th.

Recommendation:

The General Policy Committee will set their agendas for the last quarter of FY20.
