Explanation

On June 22, 2000, the City solicited 47 vendors for the Provision of Quick Copy Services.  Purchasing received four responses (one of the four was a "No Bid").  The Bid Tabulation indicates a breakdown of points awarded by category.

Fiscal Note

Funds for Provision of Quick Copy Service are budgeted and available annually in each individual departmental allocation.

Recommendation

The City Commission authorize the City Manager or designee to execute a Contract with Target Copy for the Provision of Quick Copy Services for the period September 1, 2000 through August 31, 2001, with an option of two 1-year extensions upon satisfactory performance, subject to the approval of the City Attorney as to form and legality.
