City Commission Goal Setting Retreat Follow-Up Session (B)
Explanation
On Thursday, June 23, 2005, the City Commission held a goals setting retreat to discuss and establish its goals and objectives for the upcoming fiscal year. Due to the extensive discussion which occurred on a number of critical topics, the City Commission requested that an additional meeting be scheduled to further discuss its goals and objectives. Included in the backup is the Priority List of Departmental Key Issues and the overall goals summary sheet that includes City Commission input from the June 23, 2005 Retreat.
Fiscal Note
Once the City Commission goals and objectives are finalized, any associated funding requirements will be incorporated into the budget for the next fiscal year(s).
Recommendation
The City Commission continue the goals setting discussion and take any additional action deemed appropriate.
