At its meeting on May 29, 2001, the City Commission authorized the City Attorney to draft and the Clerk of the Commission to advertise an ordinance amending Chapter 14, Article III, of the City of Gainesville Code of Ordinance to conform to the limitations of federal law; conform the fees charged for nonconsensual tows to rate set by Resolution No.: 000374; repealing obsolete sections; amending section 2-339; and authorizing enforcement by civil citation.
