Explanation

The CRA meeting that normally would be held on January 17, 2004 falls on the Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., Holiday.  All City offices will be closed on that date.  Staff has indicated that this meeting can be postponed until the February regularly scheduled meeting.  

Recommendation

The CRA cancel the January 17, 2004, Regular CRA Meeting.
