explanation

The City Commission, at its meeting of May 21, 2009 authorized the City Attorney's Office to draft and the Clerk of the Commission to advertise an ordinance amending Chapter 9, Elections, of the Code of Ordinances.  The amendment would change the time between the regular election and the runoff election to four weeks as opposed to the current three week period.
