Explanation

The objective of this engagement was to identify risks in General Government grant administration processes, review policies, procedures and guidance for best practices and equity considerations and review plans for process improvements related to implementation of a new ERP system grants module.

 

Recommendation:

The Audit and Finance Committee recommends the City Commission accept the Internal Auditor's Report.
