Explanation:
Mr. Emmer donated $25,000 to the Reichert House as an endowment. Mr. Emmer's intent is to build a substantial charitable fund to generate revenue for crime-prevention, life skills and support programs for the Reichert House members. The Fund will be a permanent, perpetual source of revenue, as well as the recipient of fundraising, donations, and bequests from members of the community wishing to enhance the Reichert House Programs.
