This is a request for the City Commission to convene in a workshop on Thursday, April 29, 2021, 1:00 - 6:00 pm and Friday, April 30, 2021, 2:00 - 6:00 pm to discuss strategic planning priorities.
Explanation
On January 7, 2021, the City Commission unanimously approved a motion to hold a Strategic Planning Session. During this strategic planning meeting, the City Commission and Charter Officers will meet to: Review progress on the previous year’s strategic goals, develop a Policy Calendar for 2021, and refine any goals and objectives as necessary for our Vision 2035 and our Action Plan for 2021 - 2026.
Strategic Connection: This item ties directly to the overall strategic plan for the City.
Fiscal Note
Funds will be used from the existing budget of Strategic Initiatives.
