explanation

The City Commission, at its meeting of July 23, 2001 authorized the City Attorney's office to draft and the Clerk of the Commission to advertise an ordinance vacating a right-of-way in connection with the construction of the new judicial complex by Alachua County.  The effective date of the street closing is October 2, 2001.
