ADDITION OF PRECINCT TO ELECTION DISTRICT NO. 3 (NB)

explanation

As a result of recent annexations, Section 9-1.1 of the Code of Ordinances needs to be amended to add Precinct 48 to Election District No. 3.  This Office has consulted with the Supervisor of Elections who concurs with this recommendation.
