Recommendation

The City Commission refer the issue of the SW 13th Street Future Land Use Designation and the SW 13th Street Special Area Plan to the City Plan Board and request that they: 1) Determine whether the future land use designation and special area plan are consistent; 2) in the event the future land use and the special area plan are inconsistent, the City Plan Board recommend corrective action (such as amending the future land use map); and 3) that the Kirkwood Environmental Improvement Association be notified that this dicussion will be taking place.
