Interlocal Agreement with the School Board of Alachua County on the Use of School Board Facilities for the Teen Zone After School Program (B)
Explanation
The Teen Zone After School Program has been operating at two School Board sites (Westwood and Kanapha Middle Schools) since the beginning of this school year with both agencies (the City of Gainesville and the School Board of Alachua County) agreeing to the usage. An Interlocal Agreement is needed detailing the terms and conditions of the program.

Recommendation
The City Commission: 1) authorize the Interim City Manager or designee to negotiate all documents and contracts relating to the Interlocal Agreement with the School Board of Alachua County regarding the use of school facilities for the Teen Zone After School Programs; and 2) authorize the Interim City Manager or designee to execute all documents and contracts relating to the program.
